An update on life
I haven't mentioned this yet, but my dogs had some puppies. It's awesome having them around and all, but I need to sell them and the mother asap because I'm gonna be gone for a while, and there's no one who can look after them and the mother. Blag, too tired to type so I'll end this here.

More random stuff for the week

So yeah. Not much has been happening this week, other than I caught a cold or something last night and it's starting to get better (I'm not actually sure if I'm getting better, or if it's that feeling that makes you think you're getting better when you really aren't.)

But yeah.

It's already November and the weather over here is pretty cold. You can't really expect much from fall but I wish it were just a bit warmer, then I wouldn't have to turn the thermostat up so much and wake up in the middle of the night to turn it down.

Also, I ordered a few more figures that I'll eventually post pictures of... actually I'll post some pictures of the ones I ordered before.

Okay, so I had some trouble resizing the pictures.
Anyways, those are the figures I currently own.

...Blah, blah, blah.

Usually, I wouldn't post stuff like that but I doubt many people read my blog anyway, so whatever.

Time to sleep. Gotta get up early tomorrow. Blarg.

Random update and Figures

Well, finally decided to update before I find something else to do.

So yeah, stuff has been crazy all week. People running away, staying up until 3-4am, attempting to work on very little sleep, and other random events.

..can't think of anything to type about..

Oh, so I finally set up a paypal account, just because this site I buy figures from denies credit cards now since they were hacked by some people and most of their credit card info was stolen. My info should be safe.. at least I hope so. Most of their data from before August was stolen and I don't think I bought anything from them around that time.

Man.. Figures can really be expensive.

I've spent almost.. $1000+ on figures and I'm still planning on buying more.

Yes, I know it's stupid, but it's one of my favorite hobbies.

Certain people know how crazed I can get once I see something I really want to buy, it's almost ridiculous.

Hmm.

I guess I'll end this here.

Probably gonna update tomorrow.

Blarg.

Oh, here's a video of one of my favorite pianists

New week, some updates

So. I've decided to turn this into a weekly blog just because not enough happens in one day for me to write about. Anyways.

This week has been pretty crazy. Seeing coworkers at places you wouldn't expect, a "fire" at Thriftys, and just some other random crap

A few days ago I went to the late night screening of Paranormal Activity 2 and invited a few people to come. Of course they couldn't just because the movie started at 12am and ended around 2am.

I thought about leaving the theater and seeing it when everyone could, but before I exited the theater I saw one of my coworkers. I ended up going with his group of friends and watching the movie, and to be honest. The movie wasn't as great as I thought it was gonna be.

I'll try not to spoil anything, but the first 35-40 minutes of the movie is boring as hell. Watching a pool cleaner clean and random thumps and creaks is always fun, right?

As usual though. The movie got my mind working and made me paranoid about the dark.

Uh. Oh right.

The fire at Thriftys.

So a water pipe burst in one of the apartments and my shift was delayed for about an hour. Fuck yeah.

Good days?

For some reason things have been going pretty well in life. Usually, I'm almost always annoyed about something, but for the past few days I've been feeling really easy going (and a lot more sarcastic).

Blah blah blah

Too tired to type.

Time off

Well, finally time to start updating again.

So, I finally decided that I had enough of staying inside and actually decided to go out today. Woohoo. Not really. I can't really think of much to do anymore since most people I know are either working or out of town.

I somehow got lucky and my manager gave me 4 days off work, which is awesome of course.. but I don't really know what to do other than sit around and ..do nothing?

Meh, I'll think of something to do sooner or later that doesn't involve StarCraft 2 (I blame Lee and Jordan for me buying this -.-")

Anyways, blarg.

Time to practice on my bass. Yay!

...or chat with people.

I wish I had money and room in this house to practice.

Idiots.

Well, I wasn't planning on updating my blog today. I thought of turning it into a weekly sort of thing, but before I shutdown my computer something happened!

Turns out my stepdad decided to take the family car and drive around town. While he's drunk.

Seriously, how stupid can you get?

I always knew he was an idiot, but this just tops it all off.

I'm tired of dealing with my family and all the stupid things they're doing. I need out, but there's nowhere to look at the moment.

FFS. FML.

6 days, no update. Whoa.

I haven't really been updating my blog just because there really hasn't been anything interesting that's happened in the past few days, well.. not including yesterday.
I was just hanging out with a bunch of coworkers talking about random stuff, it was good. After spending almost three to four days away from "society" (not including work) it was good just spending some time with people and doing.. stuff.

Anyways, short update tonight just because it's 1:05am and sleep is sounding pretty good right about now. There's a reason I'm staying up late so don't think it's just because I'm playing games or chatting, it's an actual legit reason that I might talk about.

So, after six days finally a post. Hooray!

Working at Thriftys

My first job working as a cashier was really something. I used to be a really timid person avoiding anyone that would try to talk to me, but ever since I started working some things have gotten a lot better. I can actually speak with random people, and look people in the eyes instead of staring at the ground during a conversation. All my coworkers are really cool and that usually makes the job a lot better. I hear people saying that working "cash" sucks, it's hard, and all that other crap but really, it's REALLY easy. Sure, you're dealing with money and people constantly and everything has to be perfect (or else COMPLAINTS D:) but once you do it for a week or so, it becomes a pretty simple task. The only bad thing is when the store gets really busy and everyone is in a pissy mood, honestly that's probably the worst part of the job.. but there's nothing we can do about that. The store needs money, people need groceries, and if they wait long enough they get agitated. It's human nature. It makes the day interesting though, that's for sure. When people are in a bad mood it's best just to ignore them and get them out of the store as fast as you can, but once they get rude about it

Just go slower.

If they want their food for the night or whatever occasion, then they'll have to wait like everyone else.

Anyways, there's more I want to say but I'm starting to feel tired and lazy so I'll stop here.

Video games

Games are addicting, aren't they? It's not surprising though since they're a good way to kill time without staring at the ceiling for hours on end. Recently I bought a new game called "Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep" and I've been on it non-stop. Sure, I'll call myself a "gamer" but because I'm hooked on one game doesn't mean I'll be playing it through until I get 100% completion (I'm a casual gamer, not hardcore) it's just something I can use to kill time, if you haven't read the "Spare time" post read it now, or not.

Anyways,

Thoughts

They're good and bad always keeping people on their toes, but when your mind focuses on one thing it's hard to forget about that one specific thought. For example, there's this one person I've been thinking about a lot lately and it's really hard to get her off my mind. I guess you can call it a "crush" or whatever, I don't really care. I mean, sure it fills up my mental space with stuff other than thoughts about how much I hate people (mainly some customers at work, co-workers are cool beans.) but it can really drag you down, you know? Because of human nature these kinds of things happen to everyone all the time and I'm sure most people don't say anything about it.

Anyways, I don't feel like writing today but I did anyways so this is just gonna be a short post. I'm sure no one reads this anyway so I don't think it matters too much, lol.

Spare time

I've said something about this before, but now that I'm out of school I feel like I have too much spare time. Even with work, it just seems like filling that five day seven hour gap is impossible. I'm probably not thinking hard enough, but usually my days are starting to seem dull. The people I would usually hang out with are busy most of the time with random stuff, so I don't want to bug them too much. Hopefully if everything goes as planned, I'll save up enough cash to move to Vancouver and probably live there for a while, but with my spending habits that's probably not gonna happen for a few years.

Time to end the rambling and post a video link, hooray!

Stress?

Lately, I've been feeling tired and fatigued more often.. especially at work. I've spoken to a few people and they told me that I'm looking stressed and need to relax more, but honestly that's something easier said than done. I mean, my job is stressful enough, dealing with approximately a thousand or more people per week, making sure everything is perfect, while standing in a small pod, handling their "precious goods" and packing them into a bag is /a lot/ harder than it looks. Did I mention I'm a cashier? Yeah, sure I'll admit it's an easy job but it really is hard on your mental health. A few mistakes in this kind of job can throw you off a lot, for example I started off today in a depressed/annoyed type of mood and it ended up dragging me down all day, to the point where I forgot someone's change and they had to come get it before the store closed.

Point is, being a cashier isn't easy and I'm still waiting for my transfer into grocery so I don't have to deal with people constantly while working.

EDIT: Oh lame. I just realized that I didn't make a post for yesterday. Stuff like that really bugs me, you know?

Boredom.

Now that I'm out of school I have as much free time as I want, but is that a good thing? Usually people who are still schooling say "Why can't it be over?, This sucks!, etc" and complain about waking up at 8am and learning until 3pm, but once you're out you realize how hard it is to fill that seven hour gap even with work. Nowadays I'm working as much as I can so I can manage my expensive.. habits (only a few of you will probably understand that *cough*cons*cough) but even that isn't enough. During the day I usually sit around on my computer until an hour before work and I have to leave home. Some of you are probably thinking "Why don't you just go outside and hang out with friends." or "Don't you ever have any days off?". Ever since high school ended I haven't really been keeping in touch with my friends, and the ones that I do speak with are usually working or in Vancouver. On my days off I don't have to be paranoid about time since I don't work, but to me.. a day off seems more like.. A /long break/ until I start again.

Anyways, enough rambling
Here's a video.

Did you know that if you type with your feet and don't say anything you'll get an achievement called Edward Memohands? D:

A new day.

Well, I've decided to start a blog just because it seems like /all the cool people are doing it these days/.

I'm not 100% what I'll be writing about, but as the name suggests "Traveller's Moments" is going to be about my daily life and how I live it.

Uh, So.. yeah.

Hooray, intro-post!

EDIT: I'll be posting links to random videos as well, so look forward to those!
Okay, I fail at posting video links. Hopefully I'll get it working soon.
